Danielle Kriel is a senior sustainability strategist and ESG leader with over 15 years of experience embedding sustainability across complex, multi-country operations. She founded Endura Partners to bring genuine operational expertise to sustainability advisory — moving beyond frameworks to deliver real strategic and commercial value.
Her career spans progressive Group Director roles across the mining, energy and infrastructure sectors, including a decade of leadership within LSE-listed multinational organisations operating across South Africa, Lesotho, Tanzania, Botswana and beyond. She has reported directly to Boards and Executive Committees, and has led sustainability, climate, water and biodiversity programmes with measurable, award-winning outcomes.
A trusted advisor to Boards, CEOs, CFOs and investors, Danielle brings deep sector knowledge, technical rigour and a track record of transforming sustainability from a compliance obligation into genuine competitive advantage. She has delivered Group-wide decarbonisation strategies ahead of schedule, designed ESG governance frameworks aligned to international listing requirements, and led investor engagement at the highest levels.
